Suicide Prevention

When we have been feeling depressed, feeling suicidal is quite common. It can feel even worse if combined with situations that we don’t know how to manage.

This can make us panic, feel anxious and scared. During this time we can briefly think about wanting to take our own life. It’s usually a temporary feeling and can be a normal part of depression, so long as those feelings don’t last too long or start to dominate every thought that we have. When they start taking control of what you’re thinking, then it can be dangerous and you should talk to someone about how you’re feeling.
