It’s healthy to feel a wide range of emotions: such as happiness, joy, sadness, anger and anxiety.
These feelings only become a problem when they stop us doing what we enjoy doing and/or things we need to do.
The way we think affects the way we feel, which inturn can be affected by all sorts of things: including lifestyle, relationships, past experiences. However, there are ways we can look after ourselves and have greater control over how we think.
