Manage Well

Life can throw up many different problems day-to-day, but its how we manage them and the skills we have, that can make a real difference to our mood, how we feel and how we live.

Problems can span across many different areas in our lives and may include work, debt or through unemployment, in relationships, and may affect on how self confident we feel.

If you’re feeling stressed or depressed it is vital to understand why you are feeling in this way.

When we feeling anxious or depressed, we may find that some of the stress we are experiencing can become overwhelming. We may find we “bury our head in the sand” and let things mount up; for example paying a bill regularly or responding to letters that are important.

The pressure of falling behind can further add to the stress and this becomes a cycle. Problem solving is an effective way of gaining control of situations. Click here to be taken to Problem Solving for Depression and Click here to be taken to Problem Solving for Anxiety.
