Free self-help materials
Self help materials are extremely useful in helping us understand what we are feeling and/or how our behaviour has changed.
By learning more about managing our mental health, we can makes changes to our daily activities and/or thinking patterns and regain control. The Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust website hosts many self help guides on a wide range of topics. You can also listen to the guides, as well as download MP3 audio copies.
