The vicious cycle of Depression

When you feel depressed you may often have negative thoughts. With each negative thought the feelings of depression are likely to increase.

Sometimes negative thoughts prevent you from doing things that you would have normally done. You become quite critical about yourself for example) feel you are lazy, or irresponsible which can make you feel worse. This is known as getting caught up in a vicious cycle.
